Sushi date

chavvahIn non-thesis related news, the boy and I have decided to reprise our Sushi Date That Never Was, Due To Raunchy Hangover Mysterious Death Flu For Him Plus Tonsillitis For Me. (Try that acronym on for size.)
We will be making California rolls (my choice) Philly rolls (his choice) and miscellaneous vegetable tempura. He wanted to get actual raw fish, but I was concerned about his potential selection of raw fish, seeing as how he once accidentally fed me moldering cheesecake by candlelight (so that I didn't see the mold until I ate it--bleah!). So I insisted on Westernized sushi only. I know that's kind of a cop-out, but I can not afford to get food poisoning this weekend. There's simply too much to do.
