Hey there, pals!

I've been tasked with putting together an article for our organization's local newsletter. The article is about office e-mail etiquette.

Many of you work in office environments, and receive dozens or (if you're like me and work in public service) hundreds of e-mails every day.

What are the top three things you wish people in your office would avoid doing when they send e-mail?
