Huh? I'm guessing "help" means the same in boss-speak as it does in mother-speak (ie, "I'll just stand over here and supervise, by which I mean tell you what to do while you do the work.").

I work in an office with my boss, my boss's boss, and my boss's boss's boss, so I distinguish between them by referring to them as Boss, Boss Squared, and Boss Cubed.
